Fresh bread, baked in a traditional oven. A key element of Greek food. Rich source of fiber. Combine it with honey, sesame paste, jam and butter.


Crispy breadlike snack in several variants. (Whole wheat, rye, olive oil, barley, corn husk or anise)

Epirus pies

Pies are one of the most typical dishes of Greek traditional cuisine. Composed with the freshest ingredients of our region. The most famous is the cheese pie that is mainly made with feta cheese.


Eggs, tomato, feta cheese and olive oil. Scrumbled eggs combined with tasty tomato sauce. Oregano and crumbled feta complement the dish.

Boiled eggs

Ham and cheese dish

Variety of local products. Kefalotyri gruyere and feta cheese. Ham, salami, sausage. Different options depending on the season and the availability.
